Felicia had just gotten out of class, and headed to the fine arts building to let off some steam. Her fingers had been itching to play violin for the last few hours, and she was looking forward to finally getting some time to do so.
She stood in the atrium of the fine arts building and opened her violin case, setting the case by her feet, and she held her violin in her hands. She played a few scales on it to warm up before she started playing, not caring who did or didn't hear her.
She decided to play her favorite Celtic reel, one that her grandmother had taught her how to play, and one she frequently danced to in dance recitals when she was a little girl.
She felt a release of stress as soon as the first note resonated in the atrium, sunlight streaming through the glass dome above Felicia's head.
((If you want to hear the reel, go to YouTube and look up "Irish Song Fairy Reel (reels)"...the user that posted it is zzahier))
